Return Policy

Returns

Refund: To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be received or postmarked* within 30 days of the of the order date. Once we process the return, please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to process the refund.

Store Credit: Your item must be received or postmarked* within 45 days from the date your order was placed. You will receive an e-gift card once your return has been processed to the email you checked out with.
*Postmarked means it has been accepted and scanned in at the post office.

Returns Processing:
Returns will be processed within 3-7 business days; a store credit refund will be automatically given for returns received without specifying the desired return method - a refund or store credit.

Return Requirements
Eligible Items:
-All tags must still be attached.
-Make sure there are no make-up or deodorant stains, animal hair or cigarette smoke odor.
-Item can’t be worn, altered or washed.

Items NOT Eligible:
-Final Sale items

Complete Look and Foxy Box Items:
Items included in these sets are bundled at discounted rates. Exchanges for sizing concerns are subject to availability. If items from these sets are returned, the discounted price for the returned item(s) will be processed as a refund or store credit, depending on the return time-frame. The remaining items in that bundled set will then be charged at full retail price.

Return Shipping
You can ship your returns via the carrier of your choice to: The Pink Fox Boutique - Returns; PO Box 1280; Ankeny IA 50021, United States. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs from your original purchase are non-refundable. 

**Please get a tracking number to track your package; we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3-7 business days.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customersupport@pinkfoxboutique.com.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale or discounted items may be returned for store credit.

Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
